Your privacy isn’t just a policy. It’s fundamental to how we operate. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our career services: your name, contact information, career history, and the details you share during our strategy sessions. We do not collect information beyond what you voluntarily provide.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively to develop your career documents and provide coaching services. We never sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Your career details, resume content, and strategy session notes are kept strictly confidential.
Data Security
All client documents and communications are stored securely. We use encrypted email for sensitive documents and secure file transfer for career materials. Your information is never stored on public or shared systems.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your career documents and notes for 24 months after your last engagement to support returning clients. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us at kerry@simplygreatresumes.com. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
Testimonials & Case Studies
We never publish testimonials, case studies, or client results without explicit written permission. All case studies on our website use anonymized details to protect client identity. If you’ve provided a testimonial and wish to have it removed, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
Website Analytics
