Our Satisfaction Commitment
Kerry personally invests significant time in understanding your career story, and she stands behind the quality of her work. Every engagement includes revision rounds to ensure your documents accurately reflect your experience and target the right roles. If you’re not satisfied with your career documents, Kerry will work with you through additional revisions until the materials meet your expectations.
Services
Simply Great Resumes provides executive resume writing, career coaching, LinkedIn profile optimization, cover letter development, interview coaching, and related career services as described on our Services page. All services are delivered by Kerry Gustafson personally.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and other payment methods as discussed during your consultation. Rush service fees are due in full prior to the start of expedited work.
Revisions & Timelines
You will receive the first draft of your resume 1 week after the phone interview. Additional documents (LinkedIn profile, cover letter, networking emails) are delivered within 2 weeks of the interview. The revision period is approximately 2-3 weeks. Kerry is flexible -- if you are busy, she is happy to extend the revision period as long as you communicate. For LinkedIn services, during the revision period you will schedule a tactical LinkedIn training session via Microsoft Teams for a personalized, hands-on walkthrough. Rush services are available for expedited timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all rights to the career documents created for you (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn content, etc.). Simply Great Resumes retains the right to reference anonymized examples of our work for portfolio and case study purposes, with no identifying client information disclosed without written consent.
Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for clients who require additional confidentiality assurances.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your engagement before work begins, a full refund will be issued. If work has commenced (strategy session completed), cancellation fees may apply based on the work completed. Coaching sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
